This Privacy Policy applies to the Wander Whitebook mobile application and related services operated by KOWA SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). KOWA SP Z O O is referred to in this Policy as the “Service Provider”.

The Application is designed to work without registration or user accounts. This Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Application and how you can contact us about privacy.

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, ordinary technical network communications may involve transient protocol information, such as an IP address, solely to establish connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information for tracking, profiling, advertising, or analytics.

Precise location

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell or share app-collected personal data with third parties.

Nothing collected means nothing retained.

The Application does not collect or store personal data on Service Provider servers. Therefore, there is no app-collected personal data retention period and no server-side profile, account record, usage history, or analytics profile maintained by the Service Provider for normal Application use.

Any content or preferences that the Application stores locally on your device remain under the control of your device and are not transmitted to or retained by the Service Provider as personal data.

No server-side app data to delete.

Because Wander Whitebook does not create user accounts and does not collect or retain personal data on Service Provider servers, there is ordinarily no app-held personal data for the Service Provider to delete.

You can remove locally stored Application data by clearing the Application's storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the Application. If you have voluntarily contacted the Service Provider outside the Application and want us to review or delete information contained in that communication, contact support@kowa.it.com.

Children's privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, it does not maintain child user profiles or server-side child personal data generated from normal Application use.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the amount of personal information exposed to application-side privacy risk is intentionally limited. No security method is absolute, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems it controls.

Data breach notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, a breach involving app-collected personal information is unlikely. If an incident affects personal information that a user voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside normal Application use, the Service Provider will handle notifications as required by applicable law.

Changes to this Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page together with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, the Service Provider will provide it.

Your choices

The Application does not rely on consent to collect personal information because it does not collect personal information through normal use. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside the Application and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable.
